Dispatch Information

• General item orders received before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day. Orders received from 2pm Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched the following business day.
• Every order will receive an email confirming dispatch once your order has been processed.

Shipping Information

• New Zealand delivery only
• North Island and South Island delivery: 2 business days
• Rural delivery: 3-5 business days
• Overnight delivery is available at an additional cost depending on the area you are (rural areas not available).
• Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days.
• Business days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude statutory holidays.

Freight Charges

We aim to get your order to you as fast as possible, at a price that won’t break the bank. For bulky or oversized products, our shipping charges reflect the true size of the item you are ordering, based on the physical weight and volumetric size of the product. For this reason, we have varying rates for different products. Please refer to the shipping cost guide below for an estimate, otherwise all shipping costs will be made clear in the shopping cart.
